We provide online courses, coaching, and consulting services related to real estate investment, available globally to individuals 18 years of age and older, subject to platform availability in specific regions. Our courses and services are offered through Thinkific, our partner platform.
3. **Payment & Refund Policy**
We accept credit and debit card payments, as well as offer payment plans in select markets.
- **Refund Policy**: You have the right to request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 2 hours of course content. If the refund request meets these conditions, we will process the refund to your original method of payment, subject to the processing times of your card issuer.
- **Non-Refundable**: After 3 calendar days, all purchases are final and non-transferable.
4. **User Responsibilities**
By using our platform, you agree not to:
- Share, sell, or allow others to use your account.
- Copy, redistribute, or share our course content with others. Violations may result in termination of service and potential legal action, including civil and criminal liabilities.
Additionally, any user-generated content (e.g., comments, reviews) must be suitable for all audiences, including children. Any explicit or inappropriate content will be removed.
5. **Content Ownership & Usage Rights**
All content on the platform is the intellectual property of Maison De Luxe Group LLC, operating as Invest with Chris Academy. Users are granted access for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution of the course content in any form is strictly prohibited.
6. **Prohibited Conduct**
You agree not to:
- Violate copyright laws by copying or redistributing content.
- Harass, misuse, or engage in any illegal activities while using our platform.
Violations will result in legal action.
7. **Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution**
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through **binding arbitration** in Wyoming, and you waive any rights to a trial by jury. By using this platform, you agree to resolve any disputes exclusively through arbitration, not litigation.
8. **Privacy Policy**
We collect and store user information, including email, payment details, browsing behavior, and other personal data. This data is used to enhance your experience and is only accessible to our webmaster.
We use third-party services such as Meta (Facebook) and Google for advertising purposes. These platforms collect data via the Meta Pixel and Google tools for the purpose of delivering targeted advertisements.

No refunds will be given for violations, and legal action may be taken in the case of intellectual property theft or account misuse.
11. **Limitations of Liability**
Invest with Chris Academy is not liable for the decisions you make based on the information provided through our courses. All investments carry risks, and we cannot guarantee results.
12. **Warranties**
We strive to ensure our platform is available at all times, but we are not responsible for any downtime or interruptions caused by hosting service maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
13. **Governing Body**
Invest with Chris Academy is operated by Maison De Luxe Group LLC, a Wyoming-registered company.

- Corcoran Group
- Connor Real Estate
- Windermere Real Estate
- Rodeo Realty Fine Estates
While the owner and instructor of Invest with Chris Academy has had past affiliations with some of these organizations, we do not have any current affiliation or endorsement agreements with any of them.
